Glendon “Anna Conda” Hyde for District 6 Supervisor
Work created for a historic San Francisco political campaign.
In 2010, community leader, political activist, and drag queen Glendon “Anna Conda” Hyde announced her candidacy for District 6 Supervisor in San Francisco.
As creative director, I developed a visual identity that effectively communicated Anna’s values, stood out from traditional political materials, and resonated with a broad demographic in what is arguably San Francisco’s most diverse district.
Though Anna didn’t win the election, she left a lasting positive impression and gained allies within San Francisco’s political community.
Soon after, she was appointed to the San Francisco Entertainment Commission and later elected president of the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club. Anna continues to make her mark as a top-tier social activist and entertainer.
